All Equity
Counsel All Equity Portfolio seeks to achieve long term capital growth. The Fund invests in securities of a variety of Canadian, U.S. and international equity and mutual funds.
Investors should consider this Fund if they want exposure to Canadian, U.S. and international equity securities and are investing for long term capital appreciation and can accept some variability of returns and have a moderate tolerance for risk.
Investment Strategies
To achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest up to 100% of its assets in securities of other mutual funds using strategic asset allocation as its principle investment strategy.
Underlying Funds:
Counsel Select America seeks long-term growth of capital. The Fund will invest primarily in equities of U.S. companies, however Counsel Select America may also invest in U.S. fixed income securities and international equity and fixed income securities depending upon prevailing market conditions.
Mawer World Investment Fund seeks long-term growth of capital through the investment in primarily international equity securities. As a growth manager the Mawer investment team selects good companies exhibiting attractive valuations and investment characteristics.
Brandes International Equity Fund seeks long-term growth of capital through the investment in primarily international equity securities. As a value manager the Brandes investment team applies a value approach to stock selection.
Mackenzie Cundill Canadian Security Fund seeks long-term growth of capital through the investment in primarily Canadian equity securities. As the Canadian equity value specialist, manages a portfolio of equities using an investment approach that is based on a fundamental value philosophy and the manager invests in all types of securities which are trading below their estimated intrinsic value.
Synergy Canadian Corporate Class seeks long-term growth of capital through the investment in primarily Canadian equity securities. As the Canadian equity growth specialist, follows a momentum approach and invests in companies that are changing for the better and whose underlying fundamentals are improving more rapidly than the overall stock market.
Counsel Select Small Cap seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in global small cap equity securities. Counsel Select Small Cap may also invest in mutual fund securities, equities and fixed income securities of issuers located anywhere in the world depending upon prevailing market conditions.
