Counsel Select International seeks long-term growth of capital through the investment in primarily international equity securities. Counsel Select International may also invest in mutual fund securities, equities and fixed income securities of issuers located anywhere in the world depending upon prevailing market conditions.

The Funds portfolio advisor & sub-advisors are selected by Counsel in its sole discretion. Counsel uses a multi-manager and multi-style approach.
The Brandes International Equity Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in the equity securities of non-Canadian and non-US issuers. The Brandes investment team applies a value approach to stock selection, while the Mawer World Investment Fund seeks to achieve long-term growth and capital gains and to provide diversification of risk through investments in non North-American companies. Mawer’s investment team’s primary focus is to select good companies exhibiting attractive valuations and investment characteristics.
These two investment specialists, excellent on their own, are combined together to complement of each others strengths and to minimize style risk.
